我們蒐集什麼

• 下單時：收件人姓名、聯絡電話、收件地址、你填的備註
• 建立帳號時：電子郵件
• 逛網站時：購物車內容，這一項只存在你自己的瀏覽器裡

為什麼要這些資料

出貨與配送、訂單確認與客服聯絡、退換貨處理、帳務核對

沒有這些資料我們沒有辦法把商品送到你手上

誰會接觸到

• 宅配業者：只提供出貨必要的姓名、電話與地址
• 網站與資料庫服務商：資料存放在他們的機房

除了上面兩種（以及最後一節說明的廣告成效比對），我們不會把你的個人資料賣給第三方，也不會提供給與出貨客服無關的對象 法律或主管機關依法要求時除外

保存多久

訂單相關資料依商業會計法保存五年，超過保存期限會刪除

你的權利

依個人資料保護法第 3 條，你可以查詢、閱覽、複製、補充或更正你的資料， 也可以要求我們停止蒐集處理利用或是刪除

用 LINE 聯絡客服提出就可以，我們會在合理期間內處理

購物車與瀏覽器儲存

你加入購物車的東西放在你自己瀏覽器的本機儲存空間，沒有送到我們的伺服器 清除瀏覽器資料購物車就會消失，換一台裝置也不會同步

本站使用 Google 與 Meta 的廣告追蹤，用來衡量廣告成效：瀏覽時會在你的瀏覽器放這兩家的識別碼， 並把你看了哪個商品、加入購物車、開始結帳這類動作送給他們，不會送出你的姓名、電話或地址

Ad attribution data shared with Meta

For ad attribution only: after an order is confirmed as paid or shipped, we send Meta (Facebook / Instagram) a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your phone number, email, name and member ID, together with the order number and the amount paid, so Meta can check whether the order came from one of our Facebook / Instagram ads or messages and count the purchase. Your phone number, email, name and member ID are sent only as hashed values, which Meta cannot turn back into the originals; anything that does not match on Meta's side is discarded.

If you reached our store from a Facebook / Instagram ad, the ad click ID (fbclid) in the link is sent as well; for orders placed on this website, the Meta browser ID cookies set by the Meta Pixel on our pages (_fbp / _fbc) are sent too; if you ordered through Messenger, the ID Facebook assigns you for our Page (a Page-scoped user ID) is sent instead. With this order data we never send your address, order contents, IP address or browser information.

You can ask us to stop sharing your order data with Meta at any time: just tell our customer service on LINE and no further orders will be sent (values already sent are handled under Meta's data policy).
